Foccacia Bread

1 c. water
1/3 c. olive oil
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

*With oiled hands, evenly press dough into a greased 9x13" pan. Make indentations in the dough with your knuckles.
*Cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 min. or until double in size. While dough is rising, select and prepare toppings.
*Spread or sprinkle toppings evenly over dough.
*Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. or until done. Let cool and slice in half and then diagonally.

*Garlic-Cheese Topping
1/4 c. olive oil
1 1/2 oregano leaves dried
2 cloves garlic chopped and sauteed until tender
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
*Greek Style Topping
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 c. thinly sliced onion cooked until tender
1/3 c. feta cheese
1/4 c. kalmata or black olives
