Best Cheesecake

crust:
1 1/4 c. graham crackers
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

filling:
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

*Beat cheese until fluffy. Add milk. Beat until smooth. Stir in lemon & vanilla. Pour into crust in 9x13" pan. Chill for 3 hours until set. Top with 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling.
